How do I reserve products?

Just like you would online shopping via any webstore. Click on an item you would like to buy, verify the type of product (90u, full spec, etc.) and add to your cart. Complete the checkout process to place your reservation.

What do I need to reserve product?

You’ll need a valid medical or caregiver card plus a driver’s license so we can confirm your patient or caregiver status. Patients outside the state of Maine are accepted.

How do I pay for products, my reservation was free?

We accept cash payments only, which isn’t possible online.

How does pick up work?

We typically meet patients in Kittery. When you complete the checkout process, you will be asked for a preferred pick up date and time. A TSR team member will reach out to confirm your order and pick up schedule!
